How about keeping yourself healthy?

While we’re home from our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy and Chinatown like most us, we’re trying to be conscious of doing things to keep our healthy both on a physical and mental basis.  When I’m at home all of time nowadays, it’s easy to lay around and watch television all day.  The challenge in doing that is that it’s easy to get depressed the more than I do that.  For me, I found that it really helps to have a plan of day that I’m going to some kind of exercise.  It can be as simple as walking or using an exercise video on television or on the internet.  It’s also important to me to plan healthy meals and to keep junk food out of the house.  I find that if I have junk food in the house, I’ll eat it.

While physical health is important, mental health is also important.  For me, having a mental routine really helps.  I like to cook, and I also like to write, so I set aside to do both.  I also like to pick a time a day to make a list of three things that I am grateful for.  I find that really helps my mental well-being.

Usually, enjoying our San Francisco Food Tours helps my mental and physical well-being.  Being at home, it’s important to do things to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.  Being conscious of our physical and mental well-being is important for all of us.
