On our San Francisco Food Tour of North Beach\Little Italy and Chinatown, it can sometimes be the little things that make a difference. Maybe it’s a street musician or a great mural or maybe it’s just the way that sunlight comes across sidewalk. Right now, while where we’re at home, it’s important to take note of the little things, such as how some birds are circling above, or the way sunlight comes across the local park.
On our San Francisco Food Tour, the changes can be more obvious, at home, it can be harder to see those changes, the longer that we are home. It takes more effort when we we’re at home, however if we can see those special things, we can experience the wonder around us. When we’re walking our dog through our local park, we see those special things, maybe it’s a new plant or some birds hanging around the trees. And it can be acknowledging those little things that make our lives special. And after we’re not at home, we can use those skills to acknowledge the wonder around us. It’s easy to go through our days and not notice the things that are special. Acknowledging those things helps us to notice the wonder around us, all of the things that make our lives special.
