There’s something about pizza when you try it and say wow. When we tried the pizza at Il Casaro, we knew that we wanted to add it onto our San Francisco Food Tours. First, when they start with their freshly made dough, then they add on their fresh tomato sauce. When they use the mozzarella that make right there, it really makes it. On top of that is extra virgin olive oil. Then when they cook it in their wood-burning oven, it cooks in 90 seconds.
When you have pizza like, and you get to see them make it, what else can you ask for? The pizza is simple delicious.
