Autumn is a time of year when most of start to get ready for the coming holidays. We are thinking about that on our San Francisco Food Tours, as well. The holidays are when we see friends and family. It is though relationships that each of our lives special.
For all of us, it is easy to take those relationships for granted. We always think in the back of our minds that they will be there no matter what. It is not until we look back that we sometimes have to realize how we were so busy in other parts of our lives that we lost touch with the people in our lives that make our lives special.
It is important to take times to keep up with those people. The internet make be great, social media may be great, but nothing can take place of seeing someone in person. We try to take in time our day to reconnect with everyone we know. All of the money and power that one has will never be able to substitute for that. Material things will never be able replace other people. It is something that we need remind ourselves of every day.
